Episode 2 - 25mb Episode two - Saturday 24 November Whilst holed up at home, Vic wakes the street up with the help of a cannon and once again frustrates the local vicar. He gives work to a local vagrant (played by Noel Fielding), which this week involves Vic's birds, and watches a terrible TV quiz show. Carl the hairdresser (played by Bob Mortimer) tries to cut Vic's hair but becomes bogged down by danger in Vic's garden. Vic also listens to an Anthony Newley classic from his record collection but needs a peacock to help him play it; tries to put a tuxedo on his pet alligator; and valiantly tries to enter The X Factor by singing a Julie Andrews classic in the bath. As ever, a day in the life if Vic Reeves at home is a wholly unpredictable one.
Episode 3 - 25mb Episode three - Saturday 1 December In order to keep himself busy, Vic helps the local vagrant (played by Noel Fielding) with some work involving potatoes. He also watches a particularly unusual TV cookery show with Davey Stott and has a visit from Carl the hairdresser (played by Bob Mortimer), who tries to cut Vic's hair but is put off by a mystery smell in the house. Vic has problems playing one of his records by the legendary Mrs Miller from his record collection; he tries to dress his pet pig in a new pair of trousers, with disastrous results; and tries his hand at entering The X Factor by singing a Kylie classic in the bath.
Episode 5 - 25mb Episode five - Saturday 15 December Vic Reeves once more wakes up under House Arrest for a crime he didn't commit – one which this week involves Bruce Forsyth. Vic begins his day by waking up the street with a bit of help from his extensive drum collection, and once more annoying the local vicar. He also helps a vagrant (played by Noel Fielding) and watches a very odd Noel Coward-style movie on TV. Carl the hairdresser (played by Bob Mortimer) tries to cut Vic's hair but becomes paranoid about possible torture devices. Vic also tries to fill the time by listening to one of his more unusual records, but is again foiled by it jumping and has to resort to extreme measures. Yet again, it's an incident-filled day at home for Vic, with never a dull moment.
Episode 6 - 25mb Episode six - Saturday 22 December In the last episode of the series, Vic wakes up the street with the aid of a few rockets and causes a minor war with the local vicar. He also helps the local vagrant (played by Noel Fielding) with some work, which involves the Moon and some pelicans. After watching a truly boring sports show on TV he tries to have his hair cut by Carl the hairdresser (played by Bob Mortimer), but a strange tale is told instead. To help pass the time, Vic also attempts to play a Bobby Darin record but is thwarted, and tries to clothe his pet elephant with a neck tie – with disastrous results. And, in his final attempt to get on The X Factor, he sings the classic Barbra Streisand/Neil Diamond song, You Don't Bring Me Flowers.
